Are films, series or books included?
No. This is hosting for your own applications, not a content subscription. You supply your media and authorized sources. We do not provide, curate or manage content. Read the No-Piracy Policy ↗
What does fully managed cover?
Application deployment and infrastructure upkeep. You choose and configure your own content, accounts and third-party sources. Provider fees and paid application licenses are separate. No uptime percentage or third-party application guarantee is implied.
How do stream and quality limits work?
A stream is an active playback session. Solo allows 1 simultaneous stream up to 1080p; Home allows 3 simultaneous streams up to 1080p; Cinema allows 6 simultaneous streams up to 4K. Quality also depends on your source, device and network. 4K refers to direct play, not guaranteed 4K transcoding. Non-video apps and reading stacks do not use these tiers.
Can I cancel after the seven-day trial?
Monthly: 0% discount; 3 months: 5% discount; 6 months: 10% discount; 12 months: 20% discount. Each billing period is paid upfront; a discounted monthly equivalent is not a monthly charge. Cancelling a paid subscription leaves it pending-cancel until its renewal date, with no next renewal. Cancelling a trial ends access immediately. Can I choose Plex or Emby?
Yes. Choose Jellyfin, Plex or Emby for a streaming stack, or host one individually. Each stack also includes your choice of Decypharr or NZBDav. Hosting prices do not include Plex Pass, Remote Watch Pass, Emby Premiere, client unlocks or source-provider fees. Plex remote video and some Emby features need your own eligible license. Nothing is ordered or activated here.
