POLICIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Privacy Policy

What this website processes, what it does not collect, and how to contact the operator about your data.

Last updated 7 October 2026

Ordering is not available. These policies describe the current website and proposed hosting terms; they do not activate a service.

Who is responsible

dk-media is operated by Elouarn de Kerros, France. For privacy questions or requests, contact abuse@dk-media.one and mark the subject “Privacy request”. A complete postal address and the website-host identity have not yet been supplied; see the publication details.

Data handled by this website

The catalog does not create accounts, accept orders, take payments, activate trials, upload files or store your media. App search and selection run in your browser. Search text is not submitted to dk-media.

The implementation sets no cookies and uses no local storage, advertising pixels or analytics scripts. Fonts and application images are served locally; viewing them does not contact their source repositories or vendors.

Serving a page necessarily involves network information such as your IP address, requested URL and browser headers. The supplied local server does not write request logs, but the eventual website host may process or log requests. Its identity, logging configuration and retention periods must be disclosed before public deployment.

Email and abuse reports

An email link opens your email client when available; this website does not submit a report. If you send an email, the operator receives the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, resource location and supporting evidence. Email providers also process the message under their own terms.

Correspondence is used to answer your request, investigate abuse, protect the service, handle legal obligations or establish and defend claims. Depending on the purpose, the basis is taking steps at your request, a legitimate interest in security and correspondence, or compliance with a legal obligation. A legitimate-interest assessment must respect your rights and interests. Correspondence is not used for unsolicited marketing.

Include only relevant information. Never send passwords, access tokens, payment-card data or copies of illegal imagery. Report exact locations instead.

Hosted services are not activated here

Hosted applications can process account details, identifiers, settings, logs, files and media selected by their users. The categories and roles depend on the application and how it is configured. No hosted-service account, payment system or application deployment is connected to this catalog.

Before activating a service, dk-media must complete the service-specific notice: purposes and legal bases, controller/processor roles, applicable processing agreements, subprocessors and locations, international-transfer safeguards, access controls, export and deletion procedures, and retention schedules. No cloud, payment, analytics or email provider has been named here, because no approved provider list was supplied.

Retention, recipients and security

Information must be limited to what is necessary for its purpose and retained no longer than required for that purpose or an applicable legal duty. Operational retention periods, hosting and email recipients, backup deletion rules and any international transfers are not yet specified. These are launch prerequisites, not a promise of immediate deletion or a particular storage duration.

Access to correspondence should be limited to people who need it to handle the request, authorized service providers and authorities where disclosure is legally required. No guarantee of absolute security is made. The implementation alone cannot establish the security of a deployed host, mailbox or future hosted application.

Your rights

Where the GDPR applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing, subject to the relevant legal conditions. Where processing depends on consent, you may withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing. The catalog does not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you.

Send requests to abuse@dk-media.one. Only proportionate identity verification should be requested when needed. Requests must be handled within applicable statutory time limits. You may complain to the French supervisory authority, the CNIL, or another competent authority.
