Ordering is not available. These policies describe the current website and proposed hosting terms; they do not activate a service.
Infrastructure, not supplied content
dk-media provides infrastructure for customers to host and deploy their own applications. It does not provide, curate or manage content accessible through those applications. Content is user-provided or accessed through customer-configured third-party sources, including APIs and indexes that may collect publicly available data.
Public availability does not establish a right to copy, stream, redistribute or scrape material. You are responsible for checking your rights, permissions, application licenses and the terms of your third-party sources.
Permitted personal use
You may host your own applications and use media, books, feeds and files that you are legally entitled to access. Automation is permitted only for lawful material and authorized sources. Any private sharing must remain within the selected capacity, application terms and these policies.
Keep credentials and source accounts secure. You remain responsible for users you authorize and activity under your configuration. dk-media manages infrastructure, not your choice of content or external subscriptions.
Prohibited activity
- Copyright infringement, unlawful streaming or distribution, and circumvention of access restrictions without authorization.
- Illegal exploitation material, threats, unlawful harassment, fraud, phishing, malware or disclosure of personal information without a lawful basis.
- Unauthorized intrusion, credential theft, denial-of-service attacks, spam, malicious automation or use of the platform to attack third parties.
- Scraping or API access that violates applicable law, a source’s access rules or your authorization.
- Evading resource limits, exposing services insecurely on purpose, or interfering with other customers or infrastructure.
- Reselling service capacity, charging for access or operating a public commercial content service without dk-media’s prior written permission.
The No-Piracy Policy and No-Reselling Policy explain those restrictions in more detail.
Capacity and application behavior
Streaming products specify simultaneous streams and maximum quality. These limits do not guarantee every source, codec, device or network can deliver that quality. A 4K plan refers to direct play; it is not a guarantee of 4K transcoding. No unlimited storage, bandwidth or compute entitlement is implied.
Application and source-provider subscriptions are separate from hosting. Readarr is retired upstream: choosing it, or its reading stack, does not imply reliable metadata or continuing upstream maintenance.
Investigation and enforcement
Suspected violations may require investigation and proportionate restrictions on an affected application, resource or account. Serious or repeated violations may lead to suspension or termination, subject to the law and applicable contract. Customers should receive the reason and an opportunity to provide relevant information where appropriate and legally permitted.
dk-media may preserve relevant evidence, act on sufficiently substantiated notices and comply with binding legal requests. It does not claim that customer responsibility removes its own mandatory legal duties. Report concerns to abuse@dk-media.one.
