Personal use remains personal
dk-media’s catalog is for personal application hosting. Private, non-commercial access for people you authorize can be compatible with personal use where your plan, application license, source permissions and other policies allow it. You remain responsible for that access and for staying within the selected simultaneous-stream limit.
Inviting someone privately is not the same as selling access. It does not authorize public sharing or bypassing the No-Piracy Policy.
What you must not resell
- Sell, rent, sublicense, white-label or otherwise redistribute dk-media hosting capacity or subscriptions.
- Charge for access to a hosted streamer, application, library, account or shared login.
- Bundle dk-media resources into your own commercial service or advertise yourself as an authorized dk-media reseller.
- Pool subscriptions or split capacity to evade plan limits, source permissions or personal-use restrictions.
Calling a payment a donation or contribution does not make a paid-access arrangement personal use.
Written permission is required
Any reseller or commercial arrangement requires dk-media’s express prior written permission and separate agreed terms. Selecting a stack, paying a subscription, giving attribution or receiving technical assistance does not grant reseller rights. No reseller offer or authorization flow exists in this catalog.
Enforcement and reports
Suspected resale may be investigated, with proportionate restrictions where appropriate. Serious or repeated breaches can lead to suspension or termination, subject to applicable law and the contract. This policy does not exclude mandatory consumer remedies or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Report suspected resale through the Abuse page, with relevant service locations and evidence rather than account credentials.
